About the Book

As a young mother of several children, all Lilly Ann Coleburn longs for is a safe community to care for and raise her family. Uncertain of what the future holds, she and her husband Roy pack up their children and belongings, and trade the bustling city-life of Columbus, Ohio for what she thinks will be a quiet and simple existence, living off the land on a farm they have just purchased in Sunbury, Ohio.
