Dialectic Approach to Criminal Law
Introduction
The aim of this text is to overcome those shortcomings and pitfalls so that students will have a better understanding of how to maximize their time in exam conditions by applying the requisite skills and knowledge provided in this book project.
It should be noted that students who use time and material facts objectively tend to perform better than those who, randomly rumble in exam conditions. Precision and clarity in answering questions could serve as a benchmark for examination success, as it encourages examiners to focus on the trends of arguments that are expounded in answering respective questions rather than those who may be in the bad habit of using elaborate and undulating expressions that could be verbose and highly distasteful in the eyes of examiners.
Objectives
In this regard, it is my desire to make necessary inputs which may serve as a springboard in this book project, capable of motivating and at the same time providing guidelines for answering questions under examination tension by presenting synopses in most case law for qualitative precision.
Structure of the Book
For this purpose, it is intended to divide the book into two parts: Part one will focus on probability testing, analysis, and subjectivity, while part two will be more concretized in presenting various arguments in a comprehensive, readable format backed by various contesting and appreciable case law. Both past and current cases will be enshrined into legal argument to present a well-balanced and appreciable juridical outcome.
