Summary

The town of LAs Flores is home to a vibrant Chicano community, but drugs are flowing into the city at a dangerous rate.

The kingpin of this criminal enterprise is Mike Cotton, who hides his dirty dealings behind the respectable veneer of his construction company. The only thing Mike wants more than power is revenge. The man who killed his mother is untouchable in prison. Mike intends to change this.

Ex-con and good gut Jerry Rivera is the stooge Mike chooses for the job. Mike makes it clear that saying no isn’t an option, but Jerry is determined to keep himself from being extorted and stay out of prison. He teams up with his childhood friend Max Luna to rid Las Flores of Mike once and for all.

The two will have to be careful: in trying to do the right thing, they may end up making the wrong choices.
