Overview

The book focuses on contemporary research on tourism, gastronomy, and tourist destinations presented at the 3rd Tourism Gastronomy and Destination International Conference (TGDIC 2021). It serves as a platform for knowledge and experience sharing and invites tourism scholars, practitioners, decision-makers, and stakeholders from all parts of society and from various regions of the world to share their knowledge, experience, concepts, examples of good practice, and critical analysis with their international peers.
