About Cully

Cully is a five-year-old boy who has been inside all day because of the wet and cold weather. He sees his new bike leaning against the garage wall and he becomes impatient to go and ride it. However, his mother says he can't because it is raining and cold so Cully throws a tantrum hoping to persuade his mother to change her mind.
