This handbook celebrates and honour's Peter Gilbert's life and work and is a fitting sequel and tribute to his previous Pavilion publications Spirituality and End of Life Care and Spirituality and Mental Health.

The 15 chapters offer students and practitioners a broad overview of spirituality in the areas of leadership, social care, mental health and inter-faith.

The book's aim is to reveal the role of spirituality and the way it undercovers a dimension that challenges, humanises and values human life and experience, which was the aim of Peter's work.
