About the Author

Donald G. Lewis’s love of food began with his roots. He remembers picking berries for his mother to prepare special cobbler, and his grandmother churning butter while he sat on her porch swing. His love of those tastes led him to a career creating gourmet creations for customers locally in Texas and nationwide.
