This book was written to show persons how to find the [U] in you. The only way that you can find the [U] in you is through Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour.

It was also written to let you know that in order for you to have the ability to help others, you must first know yourself, and for you to know yourself, you must first know the Lord, and be totally sold out to Him.
