About the Book

For many years, Carla J. Wright has written on scraps of paper here and there about life's joys, sorrows, and God's place in it all. From those scraps came this book. Carla hopes readers will be encouraged to strengthen God's place in their lives. The writings are paired with quilt designs as a tribute to quilters and the wonderful things they do with scraps. She sees wisdom in saying, When life gives you scraps, make a quilt.
