Reflective Journaling in Clinical Education

After enrolling in a course on reflective journaling, I realized how this would be an area where I could evaluate and grade my students in their clinical rotations. This would be a tool to help bridge theory and practice by strengthening critical thinking and allowing students to analyze their clinical situations and examine their true feelings.

I have a masters in nursing administration, a masters in nursing education, a degree in nursing, and an associate degree in nursing and geriatric care management, and I am an advanced womens health nurse practitioner emeritus.
