Chameleo-Cop

Chameleo-Cop is based on a cop, Zap, that was cloned as a younger cop out of the academy who did above standard in the academy. The scientists decided to use his DNA to clone an exact duplicate, but with special abilities.

The clone, Vink, was given the abilities to change into anything. He could blend into his surroundings like a Chameleon and you would never even know he was there, much to the chagrin of several criminals. He could even change into someone else, makes you wonder about the person standing beside you.
