Censorship is an imposition executed by people who exercise power over others. It will depend on many factors to make Censorship happen. The level of culture, education, democratic awareness, participatory freedom achieved in each society, even to the the wealth of each country can be a determining factor, or on the contrary, the poverty of each nation.
