This children's book is a guideline to help you know what to expect when calling 911 in a real emergency event. It is very important to remain calm, listen carefully to the operator, and know your address. Not every situation is an emergency which is why you should always have your local non-emergency number on hand. It is also important that we do not prank call due to the number of high volume calls to your local police department.
