My journey of healing, recovery and empowerment after a brain injury sustained from a dreadful cycling accident. AUTHOR

An active, highly functional and energetic woman, with a fully functioning brain, a family, a business and love of cycling, Anne's bike and her path in life were ambushed by a flying mattress whilst riding downhill in 2005, causing her to crash onto her head. Anne lives in Christchurch and has a background in business and interior design. Attuned to the realities of what it takes to find yourself and your footing after adversity, Anne has since become a writer.
