Leaving New York City for a less demanding life style, Daniel More, a forensic psychiatrist, has settled in upstate New York.

Starting over is not easy, as the tension between him and his wife, Nancy, fails to dissipate with the move. Unfortunately, the loving relationship between More and his daughter, Elizabeth, remains overshadowed by the tension in the marriage.

The Suspense Begins

Starting with a flat tire, the doctor becomes convinced he is being harassed. The situation is mostly annoying, until More awakes one morning to find his wife dead, apparently stabbed to death while he slept beside her.

Fighting for Innocence

Dr. More fights to prove his innocence against a background of further tragedy and pain, both motivated and burdened by the love for his daughter.
