Introduction

This book is written to tell people that Little League Baseball is more than just a game. In my 36 years of being in Little League Baseball, I've seen just about everything.

I've seen the way some coaches teach their players to win a game. As Little League coaches, umpires, and officials, we should always be building good relationships with the players, their families, and all other people who are involved.
