About the Book

This book shares the authors' personal experience of bringing up their autistic son who at age 13 is now described as high functioning (from an early diagnosis of severe autism). It also draws on the latest research and expert opinion from around the world. The book will give parents and carers the confidence and knowledge they need to tackle the problems and issues they face. There is much that can be done to improve the quality of an autistic child's life.
