Synopsis

This crime novel is centred around a mysterious and seemingly inpenitrable haunting gothic mansion set in 300 acres of rugged and wind-torn Cumbrian coastline. A series of unexplained deaths lead the investigating team to believe that these are related to a large drug smuggling operation, but as the investigation progresses it appears to lead to government conspiracy and a trade far more sinister.
