After spending 40 years in aircraft and working around all types of people, in Management, Company Inspector, Air Force, and Navy Inspection teams, Engineers, not to mention some pilots that couldn't start the engines, things tend to happen.

When you are involved in mass production of airplanes and trying to keep a schedule especially at the end of the month, people are worked 10-14 hours a day, not to mention Saturdays and Sundays.

People come in drunk, become irritable and hard to work with, mistakes are made and people get hurt.
