African or States of Somalia Leader Must Change Old Fashion to New Styles

African Politicians and Western Politicians, are they some infrastructure of the leadership? Are they some public administration three topics? Where are African Parliaments, Presidents, and Supreme Courts? African youngest did not compare them, plus contrast. Are they working Africans together? They must rebuild public administration, sharing, cabinet, and local governments. Then, Somali cities must serve as a purpose of inscription. Africa does not have a Supreme Court, federal judgment, or formal differences among states.

Population and Economic Data

African Union population is 2.5 billion. No African Union federal system, African parties' cumulative needs will require new money—270 billion (not coins). African Union Central Bank trade between African states was 5.9 trillion coins in 2020. In the 1960s, the launch of the Organization of African Unity (OAU), a precursor to the African Union.

Historical Milestones

In the 1970s, establishing regional economic communications and states. In 1991, the Treaty of Abuja was signed, setting up the African Union economic states. In 2002, OAU was reorganized and re-launched as the African Union (AU). In 2004, Pan-African parliaments were established. In 2012, endorsement of the Action Plan on Boosting African Trade (BIAT). In 2014, finalization of EAC, COMESA, SADC. In 2015, the AU summit led to the launch of the Continental Free Trade Area (CFTA), negotiating a continent-wide trade area.

Future Infrastructure and Governance Needs

African Union will need a new public administration, including new tactics, highways, trains, sewage systems, nuclear power, water systems, free borders, and a new trade and investment infrastructure across 54 states. Young African Union leaders believe in these reforms. The AU has lagged since the 1960s but now requires a system of highways, federal parliaments, supreme courts, ministers, and new currencies. Every city in Somalia will need trains or buses connecting to other African states. Somalia's president is seeking new investments in trade, economy, agriculture, and livestock, along with new deals on trains, airports, freeways, and infrastructure. Somalia's people travel across Africa, and the government aims to include all public and private transportation management, international agencies, banks, and private companies.

Rebuilding and Investment Strategies

The Somali government plans to rebuild public administration, promote private farms, animal production, and value-added industries. It must conform to a restrained appearance for admittance. Somalia does not require world leaders' intervention but needs investments in natural resources, gas, oil, and new currency systems within the African Union. The focus is on developing highways, new techniques, private corporations, AU's new currencies, and heavy trade infrastructure, including transportation, airports, import/export systems, and heavy train deliveries between Somalia and other African states.
