John and Billy Kyburg

John and Billy Kyburg were cleaning the Matterhorn on a Saturday in May. They kept her windows sparkling, her chrome polished, her fiberglass body cleaned and polished, and her decks swabbed (old sailor talk for mopping).

The Significance of the Matterhorn

The Matterhorn had become a symbol of pride for the people of Pirates Cove. It had been involved in two water rescues, and the boat used to land the biggest bluefish in the $25,000 bluefish tournament.
