Deafness is Deaf-initely not seen as a disability by many Deaf people!

Writing Deaf with a capital “D” means someone is proud to be Deaf! It also means being part of a vibrant community with a beautiful language and culture. Sam is Deaf with a capital “D” and proud of it! Dak is beautifully Black with a capital “B” and proud of it! The two found each other at the swing set and have been the best of friends ever since. They see being Deaf and being Black as God-given gifts!
