I kept this little recipe book simple, with most of the ingredients readily available in your nearby grocery stores.

There are some foods which are on the 2014 "Dirty Dozen" list (foods that may have a high level of pesticides), and for this reason, I have recommended "organic."

However, if organic is not affordable or unavailable, no problem, use locally grown products. Remember fresh is best!
