Managing Problems

Much of managing is taken up with overcoming problems which are stopping you from achieving your goals. The amount of effort required to recognise the problem initially, track down its causes, find solutions and take action can be disconcerting. It may seem easier to ignore what is going on in the hope that it will go away - it rarely does.

This book examines some of the ways problems can be tackled, and shows you how to go about solving problems. Once you understand the process, the rest is usually plain sailing.
