Story Overview

This is the tale of a love triangle between Americans on vacation in Florence. Theodore Colville is vacationing in Florence after losing his career. He finds himself in a love triangle with a slightly younger woman and a girl young enough to be his daughter and he must discover who truly loves him.

Setting

Set in beautiful, colourful, vivid 19th Century Florence and a view to how wealthy Americans lived and perceived Europe.
